This tour is designed to visit significant watch points along the Black Sea coastal wetlands, Cape Kaliakra and the steppe of North East Bulgaria. We use these three bases to explore migrants and resident species alike.
Each day brings a feeling of mounting thrill and surprise.
One day we take small country roads in the steppe, close to the feeding grounds of hundreds of birds.
Next day the open sky is filled with numerous flocks of storks streaming south following routes as ancient as the land itself.
Few bird watching experiences can compare with the thrill of observing migration in action.
Upon request, other dates and smaller groups are also possible, in the period between 1 August and 15 October 2010.
